Where HiveMind came from.

HiveMind Consulting was built from 25+ years of firsthand experience leading transformation, change management, and technology adoption inside some of the world's most complex organizations — from global financial institutions to professional services firms to energy companies.

What became clear over those years is that the gap between "enterprise consulting" and "small business advice" is enormous — and the companies caught in the middle pay the price. Growing businesses with 10 to 200 employees face enterprise-level operational challenges without enterprise-level resources.
